Case Study Bite Drinks
BITE DRINKS, FROM MARKET ENTRY TO NATIONAL DISTRIBUTION

Bite Drinks, a Danish brand built around a circular, bag-in-box concept, set out to enter Belgium as its first export market. With a strong product but limited marketing resources, the challenge was to create traction efficiently.
Context
The brand introduced an innovative format focused on sustainability, quality ingredients and versatility. However, as a new small player with limited budget, traditional go-to-market approaches were not viable.
Approach
We focused on a targeted entry strategy combining placement and content.
A two-fold approach was implemented:
-
Top-down and bottom-up placement — introducing the brand simultaneously in high-end Michelin-star venues, mid-level quality locations and scalable hospitality chains
-
Content-driven credibility — capturing high-quality content in referential venues and redistributing it across partners, channels and the brand itself to amplify visibility and signal quality
This created a continuous loop where placement generated content, and content reinforced placement.
Outcome
The brand quickly gained traction across both high-end and volume-driven channels — from Michelin-star restaurants to established chains.
Within months, this led to interest from national and international distributors, including Jet Import and Diageo EU.
Over time, Bite Drinks reached more than one million drinks sold and secured national distribution within two years.
A clear example of how combining selective placement with simple, focused content can accelerate market entry and growth.
